With a wingspan of 89 cm and aspect ratio 10.2, this Front Wing gives a lively carving feel without losing the glide of a high-aspect wing. The 120 is broadly usable for prone, eFoil, wake and downwind.
The Vario series is the new high-aspect Front Wing line from Lift Foils. The series builds on the wingspan and aspect-ratio foundation of the HA-X line, but adds Vario Twist: a subtle twist in the wing that distributes lift more evenly across the span. This keeps the tips calmer when you lean hard into a carve or when a tip briefly comes close to the water surface. You keep the speed and glide of a high-aspect wing, with more grip and predictability rail-to-rail.
Compared to the 120 HA-X, the 120 Vario feels livelier and more surf-oriented. The tips stay calmer in harder carves, making the wing respond faster without getting nervous. This is not a beginner wing, but it is a size experienced riders can grow into well.
Who is the 120 Vario for?
Choose the 120 Vario if you want one fast, efficient and versatile high-aspect Front Wing. This is the most all-round size in the Vario series. If you want ultimate performance and a smaller, faster feel, look at the 90. If you want more glide and a more forgiving platform, choose the 150.
