The Lift Foils Carve Backwing Series is built for tight turns, grip and direct feedback in surfy foil setups. These Backwings have a shorter fuselage, winglets and a positive angle, giving the setup plenty of grip and a quick response under your feet.
Carve is the most surf-focused Backwing series. Where Glide is more focused on efficiency and Flow on efficiency with stability, Carve is about turn control, drive and feel in critical turns. This series fits riders who actively steer and do not want their setup to feel too calm.

20 Carve Backwing
The 20 Carve is the smallest and liveliest size in the Carve series. This Backwing feels light, fast and loose under your feet. Choose this size if you want aggressive turns and as little drag as possible. This is not a beginner choice.

The 26 Carve is the sporty mid-size and probably the most logical Carve choice for experienced riders. It gives plenty of grip and direct feedback, while staying more versatile than the 20. Good for riders who want tight turns and a livelier setup.

33 Carve Backwing
The 33 Carve is the most stable size in the Carve series. You still get the Carve character with grip and mobility, but with more calm than the 20 and 26. This size makes sense if you want tight turns, but not the most aggressive Backwing.

Who is the Carve Backwing Series for?
Choose Carve if you surf actively, drive hard through turns and want plenty of feedback from your setup. The 20 is extremely loose and direct, the 26 is the sporty all-round Carve and the 33 gives more stability while keeping a clear surf feel. If you mainly want calm control, glide or maximum pitch stability, Glide, Flow or Surf V2 will probably fit better.
