The High Aspect 70 Front Wing is designed for advanced riders who want to maximize speed and maneuverability in more energized surf. It’s also a top choice for young, light “rippers” with lots of talent: low surface area, quick response.
Because of its compact area, the 70 HA is less suited for long-distance pumping, but it pumps well for connecting waves and for getting back out quickly. And although the surface area is small, the high aspect ratio and camber profile deliver surprisingly strong lift at lower speeds than you’d expect.
Recommendation:
Choose the 70 HA if you ride powerful shorebreak or more energized surf and you want a wing that accelerates quickly, turns tight, and responds immediately. Perfect for light riders and experienced surfers who like to push hard. Don’t choose it if you mainly want to pump long distances or ride weak, slow waves—then a larger High Aspect wing is usually more efficient and forgiving.
