We make sure your order arrives quickly and reliably. For our shipments we work with Parcel International, an experienced and trusted logistics partner, and selected carriers across Europe.

Processing time: orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (unless stated otherwise).

Track & Trace: you will always receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched/registered for shipment.

Delivery of Large / Fragile Items (Boards & eFoils)
Foil boards and eFoils are large and fragile. Therefore:

Delivery may be by appointment and/or signature on delivery may be required.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery for visible transport damage.

If you notice damage to the box or product, report it within 24 hours with photos of:

the outside of the box (including label)
-
the packaging
-
the product (damage close-up)
-

Large shipments are delivered to the first door / curbside (unless agreed otherwise).
Returns Policy
Cooling-off period (right of withdrawal) – consumers
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery (without giving any reason). After notifying us, you then have 14 days to return the product.
Return shipping costs
Returns are always at the customer’s expense, including within the Netherlands.
Return Conditions (general)

Products must be returned complete and, where possible, in the original packaging.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If you use the product beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may charge for diminished value.

Returns that are damaged due to insufficient packaging or careless transport may be (partly) refused or offset.
Additional Conditions for Boards & eFoils (stricter)
Due to size and fragility, foil boards and eFoils have additional conditions:

Returns are only accepted if the product has not been used on the water and shows no installation / use marks.

Returns must be in the original (outer) packaging with sufficient protection (foam/cardboard).

For eFoils: the product must be dry, clean, and safely packed.

Return transport for boards/eFoils can be arranged by us; you will receive an upfront return cost estimate (still at the customer’s expense).
Defect or transport damage

Transport damage: report within 24 hours of delivery with photos (box + product + label).
-
Defect/warranty: for defects under normal use, we handle this via our warranty procedure.
How to request a return
Request a return via [your support email] including your order number and (if applicable) photos. You will then receive return instructions. Please do not send items back without prior approval.
