For which products do you offer service?

We offer service and repair for all Lift eFoils, including Lift5, LiftX, batteries, accessories, controllers, and carbon parts.
We work exclusively with Lift Foils.

Can I also bring my product to you?

Yes, that is possible by appointment. We will assess together, on a case-by-case basis, whether dropping it off or sending it by mail is most practical.

How do I submit a service request?

You submit a service request by contacting us and immediately sending the relevant information, such as serial number, purchase date, problem description, photos, video, and any error messages.

How long does a diagnosis take?

A diagnosis is usually performed within 5 working days of receipt of the product. The total turnaround time thereafter depends on the case and the required work.

Do you have parts in stock?

Yes, we have common service parts in stock in the Netherlands. As a result, many requests can be handled efficiently.

Do you also offer battery service?

Yes. We also offer battery service and battery refurbishment for Lift Foils batteries. The possibilities are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Can you also repair carbon damage?

Yes, you can also come to us for carbon repairs. We assess what is technically necessary and responsible on a case-by-case basis.

Are you also working on other brands?

No. We focus entirely on Lift Foils service, support, and repair.
