Care and maintenance
Your eFoil is high-tech, and a little TLC will keep it in top condition:

Rinse the board, mast and propeller with fresh water.

Battery: Store in a cool, dry place, never at 0% or 100% for extended periods.

Controller: Update regularly via the Lift App, dry thoroughly after use.

Warranty & Service
Warranty is always handled through our central LiftFoils.com Helpdesk in Puerto Rico.
Via our App or by email you can easily create a support ticket with a description and photo of the issue. The Helpdesk will then contact you with the goal of getting you back on the water as quickly as possible.
This goes like this:

Visit the Lift Warranty Portal.

Please complete the form with your serial number, proof of purchase, and clear photos/videos.

Lift will review your request and arrange replacement or repair.

Care & maintenance

Always rinse your foil with fresh water after use.

Loosen, clean and grease screws and fuselage regularly.
